Unlike other online training programs IB Personal Training provides our clients with a mobile app to better track your workouts and keeps you accountable. Each workout plan includes instructional videos on how to complete each assigned exercise. You tell us how many days a week you can dedicate to your workouts and we will schedule your workouts accordingly.
